Our buoyancy balls are manufactured via rotational molding in UV-stabilized HDPE, offering high impact resistance, long-term buoyancy, and corrosion-free performance in marine and freshwater environments. Each unit is engineered to deliver predictable net lift based on application-specific load and freeboard requirements.
Diameter is selected according to required net buoyancy (effective lift after subtracting shell and internal foam weight) or target freeboard height above waterline. All models incorporate internal EPS foam filling to ensure fail-safe buoyancy even if the shell is compromised.
| Model | Diameter (mm) | Net Buoyancy (kg) | Rope Hole Ø (mm) | Shell Weight (kg) | EPS Foam Weight (kg) |
